This individual is responsible for hauling propane to our customers in a timely manner as well as assisting with service/maintenance on tanks. The schedule for this position is M-F with weekends as needed during the busy season. The ideal candidate would possess a Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements or the ability to obain.\nJoin our team today!\nResponsibilities\nSafely transport and deliver hazardous materials to customer locations using a semi-tractor and trailer and or bobtail truck in a safe, compliant manner, and timely manner.\nLoad and unload products by connecting/disconnecting loading arms and hoses; follow all hazardous material handling and transfer safety procedures. \nDeliver professional, customer-focused service during pickups and deliveries, and coordinate with internal teams as needed.\nPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report equipment issues, maintenance needs, incidents, or near misses promptly. Perform interior maintenance and upkeep as needed. \nPrepare delivery documentation and daily load/unload reports; record accurate electronic logs\nComply with DOT regulations and company policies for safe driving, including route and hazard awareness. Immediately notify leadership of incidents, near misses, spills/releases, or safety concerns\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications (required)\nValid Class A or Class B CDL (as required for the equipment/route)\nValid Hazmat endorsement required, or willingness to obtain within the required timeframe.\nHave a minimum of 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience\nMust meet age requirement\nAbility to read, write, and communicate in English\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance, and complete required documentation accurately\nAdditional Qualifications\nExperience hauling hazardous materials.\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance, and complete required documentation accurately\nStrong customer service skills and a history of positive customer feedback\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.\n Pre-employment screening is based on job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
