We are looking for aServiceNow Software Engineer Intern to help support a variety of projects that will range in scale and complexity. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and possess the willingness to learn new technologies and concepts. This position will function in a team-oriented environment and adhere to project timelines.\nThis role is primarily remote, with the expectation of being onsite at our Inver Grove Heights, MN office a few times each month.\nResponsibilities\nJoin Enterprise Services Management Platform team to deliver ServiceNow Artificial Intelligence (AI) system modifications for Information Technology Systems Management (ITSM) space.\nUnderstand requirements and work with team to formulate solutions in ServiceNow to support business needs.\nDevelop an understanding of business processes, integration technologies and team guidelines and standards. \nHelp ensure common understanding within the team on business needs and goals and ensure the team’s solutions address the core business needs\nAdhere to scrum/agile processes as determined by a senior team member. \nCollaborate with business units to deliver ServiceNow solutions. \nWork with ESM team to deploy solutions into a production environment. \nMinimum Qualifications (required)\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or other STEM degree program.\nAdditional Qualifications\nKnowledge of programming and/or scripting languages, such as JavaScript.\n\nFamiliarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.\n\nUnderstanding of ITIL, DevOps, and ITSM practices.\n\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipeline development, including experience with Azure DevOps.\n\nSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle.\n\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nStrong analytical and interpretive skills.\n\nBasic understanding of workflows and business processes.\n\nCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.
