This individual would be responsible for hauling feed to local customers and also helping our with daily operations in our grain elevator or feed warehouse. The ideal candidate would have a Class A CDL with their air brake endorsement. This is a M-F role with weekends and longer hours as needed during our fall busy season. Join our team in Minot today!\nResponsibilities\nCarry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently. \nPrepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading. \nLoad and unload agricultural inputs using machinery or equipment. \nConduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks. \nMonitor and maintain inventory quality. \nDeliver products safely and professionally. \nEnsure compliance with all regulations including hours of service. \nMaintain clean and safe work areas. \nPerform grounds and warehouse maintenance. \nReport safety or customer issues promptly. \nMaintain strong safety culture. \nPerform other assigned duties\nMinimum Qualifications (required)\n1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Trucking Operations \nMust meet minimum age requirement \nAbility to read, write and communicate in English \nAdditional Qualifications\nMaintain a CDL and DOT medical card \nAbility to work additional hours and occasional weekends \nAir Brake endorsements preferred \nValid Class A CDL preferred \nAgriculture background preferred \nCustomer service experience preferred \nForklift experience preferred \nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift 75 lbs \nAbility to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs and bins, and into back of trailer \nAbility to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures\nCompensation Data\nSalary range: $22.31/hr- $35.67/hr\nHiring range: $23-25/hr\nCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.
