4.ดูแลระบบเครือข่าย Network ออกแบบระบบและแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านเครือข่ายที่เกิดขึ้นเพื่อให้ User ใช้งานได้
5. จัดทำ Report ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นแจ้งปัญหาให้ทีมรับทราบ และสามารถนำข้อมูลมาเป็นแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
6. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมสำนักงานที่เป็นพื้นฐานต่างๆได้
