计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，3-5年及以上Python Web开发经验，有企业级高性能计算系统或AI与高性能计算融合项目落地经验优先。\n\n2. 精通Python核心语法与高级特性，深入理解至少一种主流Web框架（FastAPI/Flask/Django）的底层原理，熟练运用异步编程（Asyncio）、多线程/多进程技术优化并发性能。\n\n3. 精通高性能计算系统设计：掌握分布式并行计算架构原则，有高并发计算任务调度、大规模数据并行处理的设计与优化经验；熟练使用性能调优工具（Py-Spy、cProfile、MPI相关调试工具），能精准定位并解决CPU、内存、IO及计算任务调度瓶颈。\n\n4. 精通数据存储与缓存技术：深入理解MySQL索引优化、事务机制，有分库分表实战经验；精通Redis数据结构与集群部署，能设计贴合业务的缓存策略；熟悉ES分布式架构与调优方法，能编写高效DSL查询语句。\n\n5. 熟悉MinIO对象存储的配置与管理，有分布式部署与性能优化经验；了解消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka）的使用，能设计高可靠的异步任务处理方案。\n\n6. 熟练掌握Linux操作系统与Shell脚本编写，具备Docker/K8s容器化部署与运维经验；熟悉CI/CD流程（Jenkins/GitLab CI），能实现服务的自动化构建与部署。\n\n8. 深入理解RESTful API规范，具备良好的接口设计思维；熟悉HTTP/HTTPS、TCP/IP等网络协议，有API网关、服务网格相关经验者优先。\n\n9.
