The primary objectives for this role include providing underwriting guidance, managing the portfolio, enhancing marketing and agency relationships, and fostering sales and marketing skills among team members.\nLeading an underwriting team of four professionals (three upper middle market underwriters and one lower middle market underwriter).\nOverseeing Profit & Loss accountability for the Life Sciences business in the New York Region, which currently generates $28 million in revenue.
