- Champion new ways of working, from Agile methodologies to data-driven decision-making, and embed a mindset of continuous improvement across the organization.
Mentor Future Leaders:
- Develop and coach a new generation of delivery managers, empowering them to take on bigger challenges and develop their careers.
Be the Voice of Progress:
- Communicate transparently and compellingly with all stakeholders, from boardroom to project team, ensuring clarity, buy-in, and momentum at every stage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation project management, with at least 3 years in life insurance or financial services.
- Prefer candidates who have led large-scale projects in claims, operations, digital transformation, and have experience working with C-level executives.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strategic thinking, strong financial analysis and planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in change management, conflict resolution, creative and pragmatic problem-solving.
- Data management, analytics, and experience with AI/Machine Learning are advantages.
- Personal Attributes & Working Style:
- Resilient, professional, autonomous, transparent, highly committed to results.
- Able to adapt quickly to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Certifications: Preferably Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP or equivalent certifications.
- English: Good communication skills with international stakeholders.
