[Chubb Life] Assistant Director, Transformation Delivery Lead

Be the Transformation Champion:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation project management, with at least 3 years in life insurance or financial services.
  • Prefer candidates who have led large-scale projects in claims, operations, digital transformation, and have experience working with C-level executives.
• Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strategic thinking, strong financial analysis and planning skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in change management, conflict resolution, creative and pragmatic problem-solving.
  • Data management, analytics, and experience with AI/Machine Learning are advantages.
