Chubb Life: Business Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and requirements for life insurance applications
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and end users
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with life insurance business objectives
• Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends specific to life insurance
• Ensure timely delivery of product increments through agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Conduct regular backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions
• Monitor product performance and user adoption, recommending enhancements as needed
• Champion best practices in user experience, accessibility, and security for life insurance applications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with direct experience in life insurance products
• Proven track record in developing end user-facing digital products
• Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate life insurance business needs into technical requirements
• Deep understanding of life insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Familiarity with life insurance underwriting, claims, policy administration, and compliance
• UX/UI sensibility and experience working with design teams
