Chubb Life HK - Contract Manager, Marketing, Advertising and Events

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Team Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including on ground activations, advertising plan, events, and other promotional activities to enhance Chubb Life’s brand proposition and drive business
• Initiate marketing events to fit into different distribution channels requirements to achieve business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. distribution channels, product development, external partner and other marketing function) to identify customer needs and market trends and translate them into compelling marketing initiatives
• Develop marketing collateral, including marketing presentations, promotional materials, communication strategy to effectively convey Chubb Life’s brand propositions and products benefits to customers and partners
• Support partner-related events, including ideation to execution, to enhance collaboration and engagement
• Create and maintain marketing messaging, value propositions, and positioning across different channels that resonates with target audiences
• Ensure distribution channels requirements are properly communicated to stakeholders, follow up with stakeholders to ensure feedback
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives
• Understand market research and integrate insights on customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends into daily work
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to form marketing strategies and tactics

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; a master's degree may be preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing, advertising & event, or related field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of HK and MCV insurance market and good knowledge of life insurance products will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills to understand the market landscape and translate the customer’s needs into marketing initiatives
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin will be a plus.
