decisions on software architecture and implementation strategy.\n\nDrive adoption of test-driven development, common APIs/interfaces, and shared engineering patterns.\n\nWrite high-quality application code in critical or complex areas and set a strong example for engineering standards.\n\nLead system and solution design discussions with multiple stakeholders to support feature development and delivery planning.\n\nIdentify technical risks and challenges early and resolve them with timely, innovative, and pragmatic solutions.\n\nBuild tooling and improve developer productivity, software delivery agility, and development environments.\n\nChampion automated testing, quality engineering, and appropriate unit, functional, and integration test coverage.\n\nPromote Agile delivery, version control best practices, and effective branch/release strategies.\n\nCollaborate with Platform Engineering, QA, and other teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and cloud-ready development practices.\n\nMentor and coach engineers, including senior engineers, and conduct thoughtful code reviews.\n\nInvestigate and resolve complex production and performance issues across the stack.\n\nBuild observable, fault-tolerant systems with monitoring, logging, and alerting.\n\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. \n6+ years of experience in software engineering roles.\n\nAt least 2 years of experience in a senior technical leadership capacity, such as Senior Engineer or Technical Lead.\n\nExperience shipping production code across multiple parts of the technical stack.\n\nExperience developing web applications in a public cloud environment.\n\nExperience investigating and solving production issues in both on-premise and cloud environments.\n\nExperience using workflow management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or
