Brandywine Legal Department is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our legal team in a hybrid role which combines substantive litigation support with administrative store, and retrieve case files, which may include depositions, pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements and discovery responses.\nAssist the General Counsel with administrative tasks and data preparation/analysis.\nAssist Senior Litigation Counsel with general research, docket review, maintenance of trial calendars and other projects/key business reports as needed.\nCollaborate with the Legal Department on the continuous development and improvement of internal processes and protocols.\nMaintain and organize historical and archived corporate and litigation-related documents and records.\nMeet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects. \n MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nA minimum of 10 years of experience in a law firm or legal department within the insurance industry.\n4-year college degree.\nDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nStrong knowledge of the litigation process, specifically with respect to discovery.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong ability to learn multiple electronic systems and programs.\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good
