This role will work closely with local and regional sales leadership to chart business development strategies that are aligned with the company’s growth and commercial objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentifies, qualifies and develops new business opportunities.\nDevelops business development strategies that are aligned with the company’s growth plans.\nKeeps up with emerging markets trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.\nResponsible for developing and maintaining market intelligence reports and insights.\nResponsible for business segmentation strategies and action plan.\nActively participates in offering development to ensure that it is aligned to emerging market trends and customer needs.\nCollaborates with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and manage marketing campaigns.\nProposes and develops strategic partnerships that could enhance our customer offerings, market share and/ or competitive advantage.\nActively seeks out new customers through networking, cold calling and attending industry events.\nEstablishes and maintains new customer relationships.\nQualifications\nTertiary qualifications in business, sales, marketing, engineering or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.\nMinimum 10 years of B2B sales and/or business development experience.\nDemonstrated experience delivering revenue growth, improving margin. performance, and managing complex commercial negotiations.\nExperience in service, technical, industrial, construction, fire/life safety, security, facilities, or related B2B markets is preferred.\nExperience in business development targeting main contractors, public sector, facilities/building operators and/or asset owners preferred.\nExperience in strategic partnership development and management.\nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship-management skills.\nAdditional Information\n About Us, Our Culture & What We Can Offer You\nEstablished over 200 years ago, Chubb Fire & Security are a global business driven by keeping people and the world safe.
