Together with your help and desire, we can grow together and make the world a safer place.\nSALARY: Between £25K - £27K per annum (depending on experience)\n25 days holiday, plus bank holidays\nCompany Pension (5% matched)\nFree Onsite Parking\nLiftshare Community - an app designed to make your commute more affordable, sustainable and enjoyable\nCycle to Work Scheme\nEmployee Referral Scheme (£1000)\nLife Assurance (4 x Basic Salary)\nA Central Benefits Platform offering a wide variety discounts\nFree Mortgage Advice\nBravo scheme: Incentivising high achieving employees\nOnline GP\nHealth & Wellbeing Resources\nWhat you'll be doing as Administrator\nThis role will see you assisting with the day to day running of the relevant department (Fire or Security Install, & Fire or Security Service)\nResponsibilities will include:\nEnsure all transactions are logged accurately and in a timely manner and highlight any outstanding requirements\nInput engineer timesheet information on a weekly basis in line with set timescales and processes.\nOrdering of uniforms and personal protective equipment for Engineers, in line with relevant procedures.\nAssist with the production of engineer routine maintenance lists, cancelled jobs, logs and report on progress as necessary.\nMonitor unbilled work orders to meet SLA.\nTo follow supply-chain processes and help ensure equipment is ordered, delivered and logged as appropriate, and highlight any outstanding requirements.\nTo take calls from Engineers, Customers and Colleagues (as appropriate) and to assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns.\nTo maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded (in hard and electronic format as appropriate), to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available.\nWorking Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week | Mon-Fri | 9am - 5pm | Fully Office Based\nWhat we would like you to bring to the role:\nThe ideal candidate will have previous demonstrated experience in an administrative or customer service focused role, ideally from a service background\nYou will:\nBe passionate about the customer, working consistently to provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers.\nPossess high levels of drive, motivation and commitment with the ability to work under pressure.\nHave strong working IT Knowledge, and experience using the Microsoft Suite of products e.g. Word and Excel\nGood people and communication skills, able to explain situations clearly, both verbally and written.\nWorks well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and helping out willingly when required\nHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detail.\nJoin us and become part of a team committed to building great leaders.
