performance meetings.\nEnsure effective management and resolution of customer escalations.\nGlobal Security Operations Centre (GSOC) Collaboration\nOperate as a key member of the Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) leadership structure.\nPartner closely with Engineering teams to ensure technical standards, system designs, and security solutions are consistently applied across all projects.\nCollaborate with Administration functions to ensure accurate project controls, reporting, documentation, resource coordination, and financial governance.\nWork alongside QEHS teams to ensure all security project activities comply with company quality requirements, health and safety standards, environmental obligations, and regulatory requirements.\nPromote a culture of operational excellence, compliance, continuous improvement, and customer service throughout the project lifecycle.\nPerformance Management & Executive Reporting\nDevelop and manage program performance dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and SLA measurements across the EMEA portfolio.\nMonitor project status and portfolio health through regular reviews with country teams.\nProvide meaningful analysis of trends, risks, challenges, resource requirements, and opportunities for improvement.\nPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc executive summaries to the Executive Leadership Team.\nDeliver concise, data-driven reporting on portfolio performance, customer satisfaction, project delivery outcomes, financial health, and operational risks.\nQuality, Compliance & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, security standards, and local regulatory obligations.\nOversee project quality assurance programs and governance reviews.\nMonitor and mitigate delivery, operational, financial, and compliance risks across the region.\nSupport audits, corrective action programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nChampion best practices in project delivery, safety, quality, and security operations.\nFinancial & Resource Oversight\nMonitor regional project budgets, forecasts, resource utilisation, and financial performance.\nReview financial risks, project variances, and recovery plans with country teams.\nSupport strategic planning and resource allocation decisions across EMEA.\nEnsure efficient utilisation of internal and external resources to
