Our customers range from local independent businesses to many of the FTSE 100 companies, and our Chubb family is extensive too, with a dynamic team of over 13,000 employees globally - Together we do great things!\nSALARY: Upto €80K (DoE)\n20 days holiday, plus bank holidays\nVehicle\nHealthcare\nCycle to Work Scheme\nEmployee Referral Scheme (€1000)\nCompany Pension Scheme\nLife Assurance (4 x Basic Salary)\nEmployee Scholarship Scheme\nA Central Benefits Platform offering a wide variety discounts\nHealth & Wellbeing Resources \nBravo Awards: Recognising outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellence\nResponsibilities:\nProject Management\nManages all aspects of projects life cycle, working closely with the commercial and operations team to mitigate and manage risk.\nTechnical compliance and strict adherence with in-Country standards and established working practices\nDirect and manage projects from beginning to end within projects programme and key milestones.\nDefine project scope, goals and deliverables\nDevelop and manage project plans\nDevelop best practices and tools for project execution and management\nTechnical Understanding\nGood working knowledge of Electronic Security Systems and installation methodologies - CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion,\nWide understanding of 3rd Party Standards in Country industry standards and compliance.\nProven track record in the basic understanding of electrical design and building services.\nAbility to review and technically approve calculations and designs.\nProject Accounting\nCreates and maintains project invoicing, cost, revenue and cash forecasts\nEnsures Projects meet or exceeds budgeted financial objectives, including revenue and margin.\nDraft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes\nTeam\nCoaches and manages individual local project team\nOngoing development of the team through PFT, Training & Development to meet the changing needs of the business.\nIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.\nCompliance\nManages the teams ethics, quality, EH&S requirements and safety protocols ensuring that all the team are aware of their EH&S obligations and that they understand and comply with EH&S Policies.\nEnsure that the team maintain a safe place of work and working environment both on site & off site.\nConduct regular workplace inspections and audits.\nQualifications/ Experience/Knowledge:\nOf graduate calibre with:\nProven Track Record in the design and installation of Electronic Security Systems.\nEvidence in the understanding of electrical and mechanical installation of building services.\nEvidence of successful project management\nExperience in business processes with a “hands-on” approach, sharing and enacting best practice.\nExpertise within Electronic Security Systems, and good understanding and knowledge of M&E and/or building services.\nAdditional Information\n About Us, Our Culture & What We Can Offer You\nEstablished over 200 years ago, Chubb Fire & Security are a global business driven by keeping people and the world safe.
