As part of the global APi Group, we join a family of organisations where leadership, and leadership development is our most powerful strategic advantage and the best way to invest in our people.\nSALARY: Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)\n25 days holiday, plus bank holidays\nFree Onsite Parking\nCycle to Work Scheme\nEmployee Referral Scheme (£1000)\nCompany Pension Scheme\nLife Assurance (4 x Basic Salary)\nEmployee Scholarship Scheme\nA Central Benefits Platform offering a wide variety discounts\nHealth & Wellbeing Resources \nBravo Awards: Recognising outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellence\nWhat you will be doing as a Proposal Writer:\nIdentify new proposal opportunities and own that proposal from start to finish.\nWrite compelling, customer-focused tender and proposal responses.\nReview tender documentation and identify key requirements and opportunities.\nCoordinate stakeholders to gather information and manage submission timelines.\nSupport SQs, PQQs and tender submissions.\nProofread and quality-check content to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nMaintain and develop proposal content libraries and best practice resources.\nSupport continuous improvement across proposal and bid processes.\nWhat we would like you to bring:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\nAble to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Also experience using AI tools and Adobe software.\nExperience in proposal, bid or tender writing is desirable but not essential we would consider experience in procurement or publications or recent graduates with relevant experience.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile opportunities, collaborate with teams across the business, and play a key role in securing future growth.
