Tender & Technical Review\nStudy tender documents including specifications, drawings, schedules, and technical requirements.\nPrepare accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs, I/O summaries, BOMs, cost sheets, and techno-commercial proposals for IBMS, FAS, PAS, Security, Networking & ELV systems.\nEnsure proposals are compliant with tender requirements and organizational standards.\n2. System Design & Solution Engineering\nEvaluate and select suitable products and OEMs based on project requirements and approved vendor lists.\nDevelop system architecture, device selection, and value-engineered solutions to improve competitiveness.\nPrepare compliance statements and review engineering labor estimates as per defined guidelines.\n3. Cross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate with design, sales, procurement, and project teams for technical clarifications and solution optimization.\nCollaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and participate in pre-sales and technical review meetings.\nWork closely with procurement teams and vendors to get competitive pricing for material and labor.\n4. Costing & Commercial Management\nEnsure accurate costing for materials, labor, subcontracting, and system integration.\nMaintain historical pricing databases, supplier quotations, and standard templates for future proposals.\nSupport bid preparation to ensure timely submission within tender deadlines.\n5. Processes & Tools\nManage job booking and related processes in SAP.\nMaintain documentation and ensure adherence to estimation workflows and internal processes.\nSpecific skills required\nIn-depth product knowledge in the IBMS, FAS, PAS, Security, Networking & ELV systems industry.\nProficiency in written English.\nStrong analytical skills and a solid understanding of design concepts for building security systems, including networking, servers, and other IT hardware.\nResults-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.\nCommitment to timely delivery of projects.\nExtensive product knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, BMS, PA, CCTV, and Physical Security from a broad range of OEMs.\nExcellent negotiation skills for dealing with vendors.\nHands-on experience with AutoCAD is desirable.\nAdditional Information\n About Us, Our Culture & What We Can Offer You\nEstablished over 200 years ago, Chubb Fire & Security are a global business driven by keeping people and the world safe.
