Key Responsibilities:\nThe role focuses on ensuring system stability, managing incidents and enhancements, supporting business users, and leading L2/L3 production support activities. The candidate will work closely with sales operations, IT teams, and integration teams to maintain and optimize the Oracle CPQ platform\nWork on end-to-end implementation of Oracle CX solutions across customer experience transformation programs.\nConfigure, customise, and support Oracle CX modules based on business and process needs.\nEstablish and manage integrations with enterprise systems like Microsoft CRM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and ERP platforms\nSupport testing, deployment, post-production activities, and ongoing system enhancements.\nProvide technical support, troubleshoot CPQ application issues, and resolve production incidents promptly\nLead technical discussions, offer guidance to junior team members, and actively participate in testing cycles and deployment activities\nTroubleshoot application and integration issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
