The role will also help manage ANZ Chubb’s cost base through forecasting, planning, and insightful analysis, driving cost discipline and better resource and productivity decisions across the business.\nWhat you will do\nOwn the monthly FP&A deliverables cycle, ensuring timely, accurate, high-quality outputs\nProvide commercial insight through variance, trend, and performance analysis to support executive decisions\nStrengthen cost management processes and reporting, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve accountability and financial outcomes\nLead strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to support proactive risk and opportunity management\nSupport business cases and track productivity program costs and benefits\nDrive process improvement through BI, automation, and better data-driven decision-making\nBuild strong relationships across Finance and the business to influence outcomes\nCoach and develop junior team members and support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives\nAbout you\nDegree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline\nCPA / CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification\n5-7 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, cost management, or management accounting, with insurance industry experience essential\nStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nProven experience in forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and cost management\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment\nStrong systems and data capability, including advanced Excel and financial modelling; TM1, PeopleSoft GL, Alteryx, and Power BI preferred\nWhy Chubb?\nChubb is a world leader in insurance.
