Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, business leaders and HR Centres of Excellence, this role helps shape workforce strategy, strengthen leadership capability and deliver initiatives that improve both the employee experience and business outcomes.\nThis role spans the full HR lifecycle, using data, insight and stakeholder partnership to identify opportunities, solve problems and embed consistent people practices.
