aged premium items across multiple billing systems.\nContact agents and insureds to request payment of premiums due to Chubb.\nMaintain professional and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.\nWork with third-party collection agencies and Chubb branch offices to ensure premium registrations are accurate.\nSupport legal referral activities, including obtaining permissions for lawsuits and gathering documentation for external legal counsel.\nPerform legal collection activities, including account review, follow-up, and coordination of related actions.\nPrepare legal letters and related correspondence as needed.\nReview accounts to determine whether they should be placed in ICU (Internal Collection Unit).\nProcess cash after referral and ensure related activity is handled accurately and timely.\nMaintain accurate records and follow established procedures to support collection efforts.\nCollaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.\nDemonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.\n Prior experience in collections, billing, cash management, or a related operational role preferred.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nProfessional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with agents, insureds, branch offices, and external partners.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.\nAbility to learn new systems and processes
