As a hands-on Full Stack Engineer and Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and evolution of this layer. You will work closely with Radar Tech Leads locally, Radar Analysts and wider Digital teams to deliver pricing changes end to end, from rating algorithm through to the customer-facing UI.\nTo succeed in this role, you will combine strong technical depth in system integration with leadership, communication and delivery discipline to guide a team through complex, time-critical releases.\nKey Accountabilities & Responsibilities\nOwn the integration layer between Radar Live and front-end UI platforms, including its design, build, maintenance and ongoing enhancement.\nDesign and deliver ChubbIO Volante integration solutions and related tooling.\nWork with Radar Tech Leads to plan and oversee end-to-end implementation of Radar Live algorithms through integration to UI.\nPlan, estimate and sequence integration work, and manage dependencies across Radar, UI and wider IT teams.\nAct as the technical escalation point for Radar integration issues, leading root-cause analysis and resolution in test and production.\nLead and mentor integration engineers and collaborate closely with the wider Pricing Implementation team to build shared understanding of the integration layer.\nEstablish and maintain a robust governance process for deployments, including release, promotion and rollback controls, and drive adoption across the team.\nSupport end-to-end testing to protect quality and speed of delivery.\nMaintain clear technical documentation covering integration design, interfaces and operational runbooks.\nEngage and communicate with Business, Actuarial and IT stakeholders to deliver pricing system enhancements.\n What You’ll Bring to the Role\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.\nGeneral insurance industry experience, with an understanding of pricing and rating concepts.\nProven experience leading and owning technical solutions or teams, with clear accountability for outcomes.\nTechnical knowledge of ChubbIO integration, particularly hands-on experience with Volante, which is a key requirement.\nPrevious experience working with Duck Creek and Radar Live.\nFull stack engineering capability, with strong programming skills and hands-on experience with APIs, web services, databases and SQL.\nA proven track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and distributed teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.\nThe ability to manage, prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nWhy Chubb?\nChubb is committed to equal employment and celebrates individual differences by creating a workplace environment in which everyone feels welcomed, respected and valued.
