You will partner with business owners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals, driving speed-to-market while maintaining a relentless focus on quality. This role requires the flexibility to operate effectively across both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of the initiative and the organization's evolving digital-first operating model.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle, including visioning, research & data gathering, planning, execution, and measurement; accountable for the quality of work product and overall outcomes produced by the multidisciplinary delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.\nDevelop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap and delivery team backlog to drive speed-to-market and business impact.\nArticulate opportunities and design target journeys and solutions, balancing multi-disciplinary inputs and competing stakeholder priorities with achieving business outcomes.\nMonitor dependencies and risks, and actively work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate or resolve.\nProvide needs clarity, support solutioning & release planning, and collaborate in providing quality assurance during build and testing of product capabilities.\nFacilitate product demos and launches, advocating and communicating value to users and stakeholders.\nMeasure and track performance of key metrics in line with OKRs; comfortable engaging with senior leadership.\nAbility to effectively identify and manage the needs of a broad range of stakeholders.\nAbility to juggle multiple priorities and handle unexpected challenges that arise within projects, adapting quickly and effectively.\nStrong self-motivator with a contagious ability to spread energy to the team.\nTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:\nHands-on end-to-end digital product management lifecycle experience, preferably in an insurance industry setting.\nRobust working knowledge of technical aspects of product development, including solution design, SDLC management, Agile principles, Waterfall methodologies, and programming concepts.\nStrong knowledge of Chubb's digital-first operating model and its application to the product management discipline.\nFluency in analytics-driven decision-making and feedback loops into product development.\nDemonstrated ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools to enhance product discovery, automate workflows, accelerate delivery, and generate insights that inform the product roadmap;
