It offers a strong balance of challenging and engaging work in an excellent environment, with exposure to a wide range of business units.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the monthly forecasting and budgeting process, with a focus on expense reporting, analysis, and commentary.\nWork closely with countries to support the compilation of regional submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of results.\nPerform detailed review and analysis of expense data, identifying key variances, trends, and drivers versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.\nSupport the month-end close process, including preparation and posting of ad hoc journal entries and completion of reconciliations.\nAssist with the annual strategic planning and budgeting process, including preparation of expense budget reports and templates for regional and Head Office submission.\nRun and update regional managed processes and maintain the management reporting tool (TM1) where required.\nCollaborate with the team on projects, including user acceptance testing (UAT), issue identification, and implementation of fixes and enhancements.\nRespond to stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and accurate support.\nContribute to ad hoc analysis and other finance-related tasks as required.\n Degree or equivalent in Accountancy\nPreferably 3-5 years accounting/ FP&A experience\nExperience in using TM1 would be a plus\nExcellent excel skills\nProactive with a can-do positive attitude, able to work under pressure and able to work well under tight deadlines\nPossess an analytical mind and able to drill down to details as required\nPossess good communication and interpersonal skills\nGood command of the English language\nStrong orientation to teamwork and
