Primary sales focus will be on Small Business, with responsibilities to market and grow Lower Middle Market and Financial Lines segments as well.\n\nBuild & execute a strategy to attract new distribution sources to territory.\n\nManage and maintain focus on achieving metrics across KPIs, including appointments, quotes, issued policies, line and industry mix, and profit.\n\nExhibit a thorough understanding of assigned marketplace, Chubb capabilities within that marketplace, and corporate vision.\n\nMajor Duties & Responsibilities:\nDevelop tactical sales plans designed to achieve annual sales objectives.These objectives will include new revenue growth, submission activity, and profit.\n\nWork closely with Chubb underwriting staff and field colleagues to promote a One Chubb approach to products and capabilities.\n\nMaintain and share feedback surrounding market conditions specific to the geographic territory.\n\nExecute Chubb agency management strategies as defined by Operating Unit.\n\nIdentify new customers through effective pipelining, pre-qualification, and territory management.\n\n 2+ years proven sales experience in a high-performing sales culture and organization.\n\nDemonstrated ability to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual production goals.\n\n4 -year college degree and insurance experience preferred.\n\nNegotiation, Relationship Building, & Influence skills.\n\nMicrosoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, OneNote).\n\nEntrepreneurial and creative approach to challenges and opportunities.\n\nObtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 120 days of start date\n\nThe pay range for the role is $60,000 to $88,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
