The role provides a fantastic opportunity for those looking to further develop their knowledge and expertise in the Underwriting space.\nThis role requires a strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.\nKey Responsibilities \nAchieve financial targets for allocated producer panel.\nDeliver set Distribution activities (Broker Visits, Key Account Management, Prospecting, New Business generation)\nAppropriate use of delegated Underwriting authorityAppropriate risk assessment process\nAppropriate deployment of capacity on New & Renewal Business including endorsement of existing coverage.\nAdherence to Product guidelines & initiatives, including growth or diversification strategies or remedial action if required.\n\nDevelopment & execution of personal Distribution plan for assigned Broker panel.
