This a FTC 12 months role.\nKey responsibilities\nCommunicate and build relationships with Underwriters, overseas offices, and other Chubb staff, functioning as a trusted advisor and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.\n\nManage workloads in accordance with Service Level Agreements, showcasing time management and multi-tasking and prioritization skills.\n\nWork within the framework of Chubb ethical and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.\n\nEnsure multinational workbooks are prepared, maintained, and completed in accordance with the Global Services Department standards, demonstrating attention to detail and operational excellence.\n\nAssist with ongoing projects identified throughout the year for improvements to the Global Services Department, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nPerform incidental work that may be required outside the scope of day-to-day work requirements, adapting to changing environments and priorities.\n\n Professional language skills in English, with an additional European language (Dutch/German/French/Italian/Swedish/Danish) being a must.\n\nPrevious experience in an underwriting support role is a plus.\n\nInsurance background is preferred.\n\nCompetent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\n\nStrong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a desire to deliver and improve quality.\n\nProblem resolution and decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.\n\nWhat we offer in return:\n32 days of vacation a year\n2 days working from home option + additional flexible days\nWorking from home allowance\nEntry time flexibility\nLife and accident insurance\nMeal allowance\nPension plan\nWellhub\nComprehensive Learning & Development offer\nOur core values -Integrity, Client Focus, Respect, Excellence, and Teamwork-guide how we live and work.
