This role is responsible for developing and improving demand forecasts that support sales, service, inventory, and supply planning goals.\n\nAbout the Role\nThis Demand Planner will partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Sales Strategy, and Marketing through the S&OP process to evaluate customer, market, and business inputs and improve forecast accuracy.\nWork Environment\nHybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ, and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.\nRole Accountabilities and Responsibilities\nRefresh and publish rolling 18-month weekly and monthly forecasts by brand and UPC.\nPartner with Sales, Sales Strategy, Marketing, and Supply Planning to align forecasts with customer needs, promotions, new item launches, discontinuations, and market trends.\nLead Pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings, ensuring risks, assumptions, decisions, and follow-up actions are clearly documented.\nTrack and interpret forecast accuracy metrics, identify root causes of variance, and drive continuous improvement actions.\nUse planning systems and reporting tools to identify forecast errors, trends, risks, and corrective actions.\nCommunicate demand changes, supply risks, and special requests to Supply Chain Planning in a timely manner.\nDevelop scenario plans for demand shifts, supply constraints, promotions, and new item launches.\nTranslate customer, channel, promotional, and market insights into clear forecast assumptions.\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.\n Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nEducation and Experience\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of demand planning or forecast analysis experience required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with demand planning, ERP, reporting, and data visualization tools preferred, such as Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP/APO, Power BI, Excel, or similar systems.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $92.500- $131,700. This position is also eligible for a bonus.\nAs a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave.
