While we might not be the largest company in our industry, we believe we can have the biggest impact because: Together We Have the Power to Win.\n\nJob Description\nJob Description\nSchedule\nSaturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM\nMonday & Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM\nCompensation\nBase Pay:$32.75 per hour, plus shift differential\nEssential Responsibilities\nNon-Dental Functions\nTransfer semi-finished product from the main vessel to tote run tank\nPerform manual additions 80%-100% of the workday\nWork daily with corrosives, acids, toxic materials, oxidizers, and high-temperature unfinished products\nDental and Non-Dental Functions\nPerform washouts, purges, and all required paperwork, including batch changes, to maintain production lines\nReport to the Processing Supervisor to receive daily assignments\nStage batches using a fork truck\nAdd dry and liquid raw materials into blenders\nProperly label tanks, totes, samples, and related materials\nRun multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously (e.g., charging raw materials to the main vessel while preparing pre-mixes)\nFollow batch sheet instructions and sign off on each step of the process (FDA required)\nObtain samples from each batch and submit them to the Quality Department for approval\nManage bulk liquid and dry inventory using the WMS system\nPerform OSHA-required forklift safety inspections and complete checklists\nWear appropriate PPE and follow all safety procedures\nMaintain a clean and organized work area\nAdhere to departmental SOPs, GMPs, and JSAs\nParticipate in all job-related safety training and comply with all safety policies and procedures\nReceive general orientation, job-specific training, and refresher training related to hazardous chemicals handled\nComply with all NJ laws and company policies when sampling, unloading, pre-weighing, transferring, and/or handling hazardous chemicals\nPerform other duties as assigned\nDental Functions\nOperate an automated control process using an HMI touchscreen to process semi-finished product\nConnect dedicated hoses to transfer raw materials from tankers to pre-fill batch hoppers\nManually introduce raw materials into the main vessel through a vacuum system\nBatch and supply production lines with product via storage or totes\nWork with oxidizers and toxic raw materials\nMaintain the LPD skid to support daily packaging line requirements\nEducation & Experience Required\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED)\nChemical aptitude with experience in chemical mixing and batching processes\nMinimum 1 year of experience as a Compounder/Batch Maker in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (FDA environment preferred)\nExperience with WMS systems is a plus\nMust pass a respiratory fit test to wear a respirator\nEssential Skills\nAbility to speak and communicate effectively in English\nBasic math skills\nStrong computer skills;
