The Data Solutions team focuses on developing data-driven solutions, driving innovation, and uncovering key insights to support strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in leveraging data to deliver solutions that enhance decision-making, streamline business processes, and support strategic objectives.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both data analysis and business processes.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalyze and interpret large datasets to uncover key insights that drive business objectives.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders across teams to identifydata needs and deliver actionable solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintaindata processes that enhance efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.\n\nDocument and maintaindata mapping specifications and business rules to support data governance efforts.\n\nAssistin building reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to monitorkey metrics and trends.\n\nIdentifyinefficiencies in existing processes and recommend data-driven improvements.\n\nRespond to stakeholder inquiries and data requests in a timelyand effective manner.\n\nPartner with Data Engineers to support the successful implementation of solutions.\n\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:\nExperience\n2+ years of work experience in quantitative analysis.\n\nEducation/Training\nPost-secondary degree in a quantitative discipline.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to details.\n\nSolid understanding of data and data modeling.\n\nIn-depth knowledge and experience with the following tools:\n\nVisualization e.g., Sigma, AWS Quicksight\n\nModelling e.g., MS Excel\n\nDatabase systeme.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake\n\nCloud Technology e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure\n\nStrongknowledge and understanding ofSQL\n\nWorking knowledge and understanding ofPython.\n\nA strong analytical mindset and sophisticated written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExperience in the Financial Services Industry is an asset.\n\nAbility to work within an organization based upon continuous improvement.\n\nThis opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $95,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
