They should understand stocks, financial statements, valuation, and capital markets. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of theTechnology, Media and Communications teamand portfolio managers, supporting researchacrossthe sector.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nInvestmentResearch\nConductcompany,industryand competitive analysis.\n\nBuild andmaintainfinancial models and valuation frameworks.\n\nAnalyze quarterly earnings results and management commentary.\n\nAssistin the development of investmentrecommendationsand research reports.\n\nMonitor company developments andidentifypotential investment opportunities.\n\nParticipate in meetings with company management teams and industry experts.\n\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\nCompletion of a 4-year university degree in a business-related subject or equivalent work experience.\n\nMinimum2-5 years of investment marketexpertise.\n\nCompletion CFA designation is an asset.\n\nPassion for investing and active fundamental stock selection\n\nUnderstanding of financial statements and valuation concepts.\n\nExcellent analytical,writingandoralcommunication,presentationand interpersonalskills.\n\nAbility to take initiative, work independently and handle multiple tasks\n\nExcellent time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines with commitment to excellence.\n\nDemonstrated curiosity and desire to learn.\n\nAdvanced Excelproficiency.\n\nFamiliarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience with Python, SQL, VBA, Power BI, or similar toolsis an asset\n\nThis role follows ourin-officework model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.\nThis opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipatedbase salary range for this position is$115,000 to $140,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
