You will also liaise with other business units to ensure exceptional service is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nAssume primary responsibility for managing and strengthening client relationships for high value clients by building rapport with multiple functions at the client’s organization.\nResponsible for the delivery of superior customer service with respect to all email/telephone inquiries.\nWork with other business units to deal with escalations or reoccurring issues to troubleshoot document, analyze options and provide a resolution. \nIdentify gaps in the products and services that the client uses and advise them on solutions that would help enhance their business.\nAssume a proactive role to ensure customers/users receive superior service by investigating requests/discrepancies and taking corrective action. \nWork effectively as part of a team to deliver optimal customer service. \nPromote service excellence by consistently evaluating processes, procedures and/or practices and identifying potential for improvement. Communicate findings/recommendations to the Supervisor\nProactively seek feedback from clients to determine their needs to help them grow their business\nFoster a climate of mutual respect, open communication and approachability\nBuild a good rapport with all staff within the department and within other departments\nActively participate in regular client meetings\nAssist with special projects/tasks as assigned by management \nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\nMinimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a service role\nPrevious experience in the financial industry, with understanding of the financial industry and registered accounts\nPost-Secondary education\nSuccessful completion of the Canadian Securities Course is an asset\nUnderstanding of the custodial and clearing businesses is an asset \nExceptional verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent relationship building skills\nExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment\nFluency in French is considered an asset\nThis role follows our in-office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.\nThis opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
