The successful candidate will bring project management discipline, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage cross-functional teams, anticipate risks, and ensure project outcomes remain aligned to business priorities, timelines, budgets and quality expectations. Responsibilities\nLead medium to large-scale business and technology projects from initiation through implementation.\n\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change control.\n\nDevelop andmaintainproject plans, timelines, RAID logs, decision logs, budgets, milestones,stakeholderreportingand governance documentation.\n\nCollaborate with business sponsors, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders across requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.\n\nLiaise between project teams andimpacteddepartments to keep activities coordinated and deliverables on track.\n\nSupport the development of PMO procedures, standards, tools, templates, and delivery practices.\n\nContribute tothe WealthPMO growth and maturity through process improvement, standardization, and disciplined project delivery.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\nPMP certification or progress toward a project management designation is considered an asset.\n\nProven project management experience in financial services, wealth management, technology, operations, or another complex business environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of project management practices, including planning, governance, budgeting, scope management, schedule management, risk and issue management, stakeholder communications, and implementation readiness.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence without direct authority, motivate others, andmaintainmomentum through ambiguity and change.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, facilitation, and conflict-management skills.\n\nProficiencywith project delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery approaches, with the flexibility to apply the rightmethodologybased on project needs.\n\nCI Financial is an independent company offering global wealth management and asset management advisory services through diverse financial services firms.
