We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to work with our Canadian Wealth business during a phase of strategic growthYou will play a pivotal role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position will focus on both corporate and campus recruitment efforts, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various departments and levels. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to identify talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with CI Financial's business goals and growth objectives.\nFull-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and candidate-centric experience.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with department heads, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand talent needs and provide expert guidance.\nCandidate Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates through phone, video, and in-person interviews, focusing on their skills, alignment with our company culture, and potential contributions to our organization.\nEmployer Branding: Promote CI Financial as an attractive employer by creating and maintaining a compelling employer brand that resonates with top industry talent.\nSourcing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top talent, including passive candidates, industry experts, and key professionals.\nDiversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a diverse workforce that reflects CI Financial's values and clients.\nVendor Management: Oversee relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient process.\n Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the talent acquisition team and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruitment metrics.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.\nA minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruitment in the financial services industry.\nA deep understanding of industry trends, a robust network within the financial sector, and experience in sourcing top talent.\nDemonstrated ability to create and execute social media recruitment strategies that attract and engage top talent.\nA track record of success in utilizing recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and HR tools to streamline the recruitment process.\nExceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nProficiency in managing multiple complex searches simultaneously and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nA deep understanding of industry trends, a robust network within the financial sector, and experience in sourcing top talent.\nDesired: Solid experience in social media talent branding, including a successful track record of enhancing an organization's employer brand through effectively utilizing social media platforms. Demonstrated ability to create and execute social media recruitment strategies that attract and engage top talent.\nThis opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000-131,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
