Procuramos alguém com sólida experiência em Python e engenharia de software, que tenha interesse em construir sistemas escaláveis e explorar o uso de LLMs e agentes em produtos reais.\nResponsabilidades\nDesenvolver novos serviços e APIs em Python com foco em qualidade, desempenho e escalabilidade.\nProjetar e implementar soluções seguindo boas práticas de arquitetura e engenharia de software.\nConstruir e manter pipelines de dados e workflows utilizando ferramentas como Prefect ou similares.\nTrabalhar em iniciativas de IA aplicada, incluindo agentes, Document AI, RAG e automação de processos.\nParticipar das decisões de arquitetura e evolução técnica dos produtos.\nEscrever testes automatizados e contribuir para a qualidade do código através de code reviews.\nRequisitos obrigatórios\nForte experiência com Python para desenvolvimento backend.\nExperiência no desenvolvimento de APIs REST e serviços.\nExperiência com bancos de dados relacionais e SQL.\nExperiência com pipelines de dados e/ou ferramentas de orquestração de workflows (como Prefect, Airflow ou similares).\nConhecimento de testes automatizados e boas práticas de qualidade de software.\nExperiência com Git, code review e processos colaborativos de desenvolvimento.\nConhecimento de princípios de arquitetura de software e boas práticas de design.\nExperiência de no minimo 5 anos em Python\nInglês avançado\nDiferenciais\nExperiência com FastAPI.\nExperiência com LLMs, agentes, RAG ou outras soluções de IA aplicada.\nExperiência com Document AI ou extração estruturada de documentos.\nConhecimento em Docker, Kubernetes e plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP).\nExperiência com observabilidade e monitoramento de aplicações.\nO que esperamos\nProcuramos alguém que:\nTenha
