And it’s our people, not algorithms, that cares to help our clients make better informed decisions.\nWe are innovative, agile, and inspired by data - and we are looking for people that share those values to join our mission to build stronger businesses!\nJoin the data-revolution!\nKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient fullstack applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, NestJS, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.\n\nEnsure the reliability and efficiency of system infrastructure.Optimize application performance for maximum efficiency and scalability.\n\nImplement and oversee continuous monitoring and alerting systems.Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.\n\nConduct root cause analysis for production errors and incorporate feedback to prevent future incidents.\nDevelop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.Utilize Git for version control and collaboration within the development team.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nStrong experience (at least 5 years) in fullstack development with ReactJS and NodeJS/NestJS.\nProficient in developing and optimizing applications using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.\nExperience with software engineering best practices such as SOLID and CLEAN.\nFamiliarity with SaaS and Platform solutions.\nKnowledge of unit testing libraries and methodologies.\nExperience with Git for version control.\nStrong understanding of monitoring tools and incident response.\nStrong English proficiency.\nNice to Have:\n\nKnowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).\nPrevious experience with AI development tools.\nwith event streaming platforms like Kafka.\nCIAL provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
