RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures that can process and retrieve information from large-scale document repositories\n\nImplement and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems using AWS Bedrock Agents and AgentCore frameworks\n\nDesign scalable AI pipelines that integrate with enterprise systems and maintain performance at production scale\n\nBackend & Infrastructure Development\nDevelop robust backend services and APIs for AI applications using Python and modern frameworks\n\nImplement containerization and deployment strategies for AI applications\n\nBuild monitoring and observability solutions to track AI system performance, quality, and costs\n\nPrompt Engineering & Model Optimization\nDesign and optimize high-quality prompts and templates that guide LLM behavior and responses\n\nImplement advanced prompt engineering techniques to maximize model performance and accuracy\n\nEvaluate and fine-tune models for specific use cases when appropriate\n\nContinuously experiment with different model configurations, hyperparameters, and architectures\n\nCollaboration & Innovation\nPartner with vertical areas and stakeholders to understand software engineering experience\n\nBackend development experience (Full-stack is a differential)\n\nHands-on experience with\nLarge Language Models (LLMs) and foundation model APIs\n\nAgentic Architecture & Implementation (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen)\n\nPrompt engineering and optimization techniques\n\nData consumption for agentic with Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch) and embedding models or Knowledge Graph\n\nKnowledge of DevOps and public cloud practices (Desired CI/CD pipelines for AI applications)\n\nKnowledge of Python with experience in modern frameworks and
