Quality Engineering Consultant

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience, proven 5+ years of experience in Test Coordination and Automation roles.
• Working knowledge of cloud/Azure environment (e. g., Databricks).
• Strong working experience with RDBMS (STM, ETL).
• Strong understanding of Testing Life Cycle, SDLC, and Defect Management processes for application testing and support.
• Good working knowledge of QE processes and standards.
• Ability to build and maintain automated testing scripts and integrate with DevOps tools.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills for solving complex problems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship abilities.
• Collaborative approach, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry developments.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e. g., Tosca DI, Selenium, Robot Framework, Parasoft SOAtest, Postman, RestAssured, Cucumber).

Good to have Skills:

• Preferred experience with Python, Java, and SQL databases.
• Experience with test management tools (e. g., JIRA, OpenText AQM).
