Commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-performing team environment.\n\nSecurity & Compliance: Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements relevant to banking/financial services\n\nWho You Are\nYou demonstrate hands-on experience in . NET (C#) application development, SQL Server database design and optimization, data technology stack (SSIS, Azure SQL, REST APIs), BI tools (Tableau, Cognos, Power BI), Databricks for scalable ETL pipelines and data models. You have a solid knowledge of DevOps practices including environment management, security, pipeline management, compliance, release management with proficiency in Jira/Azure DevOps for taxonomy, story writing, estimation, and velocity measurement with proven experience managing large-scale projects/programs, including budgeting and resource planning and vendor management/third-party solution integration. Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) is required.\n\nYou are a people leader. Leading a team of developers and testers for 4-5 years and are a seasoned professional with the ability to coach and help develop other team members. You are a code quality champion with hands-on experience in Software Design using SOLID Design principles.\n\nIt is an asset if you have a familiarity with foundation AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications, understanding of AI model fine-tuning and customization with a strong experience with AI-powered coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot).\n\nYou have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study.\n\nYou're driven by collective success. This role has an expected salary range of $160,000- $180,000 based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.
