Officer role will provide reliable and efficient IT support, maintain the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensure system availability and security, and support the effective use of technology across the business.\n\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nIT Support & Service Management\n\nProvide first-line technical support to staff and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.\nInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, telecommunications equipment, and other IT devices.\nManage user accounts, access rights, passwords, and permissions.\nRespond to IT support requests promptly and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.\n\nSystems & Infrastructure Management\n\nMonitor and maintain IT systems, networks, servers, internet connectivity, and related infrastructure.\nEnsure systems and applications are available, reliable, and functioning effectively.\nPerform routine system maintenance, updates, patches, and upgrades.\nSupport the implementation and integration of new IT systems and technologies.\n\nIT Security & Data Protection\n\nImplement and monitor IT security controls to protect company systems and information.\nEnsure regular antivirus, security updates, backups, and recovery procedures are maintained.\nMonitor and report potential security threats, breaches, and unauthorized access.\nPromote compliance with IT policies, data protection requirements, and information security standards.\n\nIT Projects & Process Improvement\n\nSupport the implementation of IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to automate and improve business processes through technology.\nProvide technical guidance to users on effective use of systems and applications.\nSupport integration and optimization of business applications.\n\nVendor & Asset Management\n\nCoordinate with IT vendors, service providers and group on technical support, maintenance, and system-related issues.\nMaintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment, software, licenses, and other technology assets.\nMonitor IT equipment warranties, licenses, contracts, and service agreements.\n\nReporting & Documentation\n\nMaintain proper documentation of IT systems, configurations, incidents, assets, and procedures.\nPrepare periodic IT performance, incident, security, and infrastructure reports.\nMonitor IT service levels and recommend improvements where necessary.\nSupport business continuity and disaster recovery arrangements relating to IT systems.\n\nWho We’re Looking For\n\nAcademic & Professional Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related
