In all tracks, you will work with our\nteam on various projects where we empower our clients to leverage their\ncapabilities to overcome their challenges and achieve their objectives. You\nwill support us in providing our clients with research-based, high-quality innovative\nsolutions that meet clients’ needs and exceed their expectations. You will\ndevelop several skills during your internship, including problem-solving,\nresearch skills, presentation skills, and project management skills, and learn\ncore consulting techniques. Below are key responsibilities that are typically\nassigned for intern programs.\nProject Management Track :\nDonor-Funded Project Support:Assist in coordinating donor-funded projects, tracking deliverables, timelines, consultant inputs, and project documentation in line with donor requirements.\nConsultant & Recruitment Support:Maintain and update the consultant database, support CV screening and formatting, coordinate interviews, and assist with preparing recruitment and contracting documentation.\nProject Monitoring & Reporting:Support the tracking of timesheets, project man-days, expenses, approvals, and reporting requirements, flagging discrepancies to the project team.\nDonor Compliance & Documentation:Assist in organizing Terms of Reference (ToRs), Statements of Work (SoWs), consultant CVs, approvals, and project files in accordance with donor procedures.\nBusiness Development & Research:Conduct desk research on donor-funded opportunities, development sectors, prospective clients, and consultants to support proposal preparation.\nMeetings & Internal Coordination:Participate in project meetings, take minutes, track action points, and support presentations, team coordination, and internal PMU initiatives.\nSustainability & Social Impact Track:\nLearn the foundations of consultingunder the Sustainability and Social Impact practice for clients in private and\npublic sectors. \n\nConduct and present research as itpertains to the various clients/projects/sectors of operation.\n\nContribute to the development ofrecommendations to \n\nMarketing and Communications Track:\nLearn the foundations of consultingunder the marketing and communications practice for clients in private and\npublic sectors. \n\nConduct and present research as itpertains to the various clients/projects/sectors of operation.\n\nContribute to the development ofrecommendations to clients under the marketing and communications practice\narea. \n\nCoordinate activities under projectmanagement and technical consulting delivery for different projects and\nassignments, such as stakeholder mapping, communication audits, situational\nassessments, and data analysis. \n\nCurate and manage content for CID’sexternal communication channels, including social media, websites, SEO, and\nproject success stories. \n\nContribute to CID’s knowledgemanagement by developing methodologies in key thematic areas and participating\nin knowledge management.\n\nActively participate in brainstormingmeetings or design thinking sessions to improve and innovate internal processes\nwithin CID and consulting delivery. \n\nBusiness\nDevelopment Track:\nConductresearch on potential business development opportunities, competitive analysis,\npotential partners, opportunities proposals, and consultants.\n\nSupportin mapping donors and private sector mapping. \n\nAssistin communication and coordination with partner companies on relevant proposals.\n\nParticipatein internal brainstorming sessions in preparation for proposals.\n\nSupportin the implementation of all business development initiatives.\n\nContributeto the management of the consultants’ database including updating and accurate\narchiving. \n\nFinance\n& Accounting Track\nConductmonthly bookkeeping and support in preparing backup documentation.\n\nSupportin entering data on the accounting system including monthly closure and\nreconciliation.\n\nAssistin preparing reports requested by the Tax Authority.\n\nParticipatein preparing company financial reports.\n\nParticipatein the annual audit conducted by external auditors.\n\nSupportin the implementation of all accounting-related tasks as assigned.\n\nRequirements\nOutstandinggraduating seniors of relevant majors such as Marketing Communications/Mass\nCommunications, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Political Science,\nor a related discipline. \n\nAbilityto research versatile
