Join our team and be part of building the future.\nResponsibilities\nClient Onboarding & Discovery\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients from the outset, managing accounts and establishing strong, trust-based relationships.\nLead kick-off meetings and onboarding sessions, ensuring clients are aligned on project goals & KPIs, timelines/roadmap.\nConduct customer discovery through interviews, feedback sessions, and contextual research to identify pain points, goals, and use cases.\nProject Delivery & Execution\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams -including product managers, product owner, design, development, and QA-to relay client feedback, define priorities, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.\nOversee the execution and delivery of client-related projects, coordinating with other project managers and the testing/QA team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.\nEnsure that all deliverables are clearly communicated and align with client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, and timelines\nConduct product training workshops for clients, ensuring users are confident and capable of using the product effectively\nPrepare and maintain user manuals, training materials, and onboarding documentation to support client adoption and internal consistency.\nOngoing Client Relationship Management\nLead regular client check-ins, such as weekly or monthly calls, to share progress updates, gather feedback, and align on next steps.\nProvide transparent and proactive updates on project status, timelines, and any changes to scope or priorities.\nManage post-delivery engagement, supporting clients with ongoing questions, feedback integration, and relationship nurturing to drive satisfaction and long-term success.\nMust Haves\nCore Skills & Client Management\nExceptional communication and client management skills - You should be someone who naturally builds rapport, earns trust, and keeps communication clear, consistent, and empathetic. This is a must-must-have.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.\nStrong documentation and presentation skills, especially in preparing product requirements, user manuals etc..\nTechnical & Process Knowledge\nMinimum of 1+ years of experience in project/product management, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, LLMs (ChatGPT) etc.\nBasic technical understanding of software applications.
