Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate complex technical AI capabilities into compelling business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders to accelerate deal closures.

- Mentor and guide a high-performing sales team to foster a culture of excellence, data-driven decision-making, and consistent performance.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, complemented by a history of professional growth in fast-paced technology environments.
- High degree of adaptability to a hybrid work culture in Chennai, balancing office-based collaboration with the flexibility required for client-facing engagements.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in high-growth technology sales, specifically within the AI and SaaS domains.
