This is a unique opportunity to gain\nexposure to multiple manufacturing environments while driving measurable\nbusiness improvements throughout our regional operations. \nYOUR MISSION\nContinuous\nImprovement & Operational Excellence\n\n Lead Continuous Improvement projects across\n Fabric Manufacturing and Garment Manufacturing operations. \n\n Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve\n productivity, quality, delivery performance and cost efficiency. \n\n Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks\n throughout the value chain. \n\n Reduce Work-in-Process (WIP), non-value-added\n activities and operational waste. \n\n Facilitate Kaizen workshops and Continuous\n Improvement events. \n\nProcess Analysis\n& Performance Management\n\n Analyse operational data to identify performance\n gaps and improvement opportunities. \n\n Develop, monitor and report Key Performance Indicators\n (KPIs). \n\n Conduct productivity studies, capacity analysis\n and benchmarking exercises. \n\n Support management teams in achieving operational\n excellence targets.\nIndustrial Engineering &\nManufacturing Optimization\n\n Conduct process mapping, time and motion studies,\n work measurement and method improvement activities. \n\n Develop and optimize layouts, workstation design\n and material flow systems. \n\n Improve production balancing, line efficiency and\n resource utilization. \n\n Support automation and digitalization initiatives\n where applicable. \n\nGarment\nManufacturing Excellence\n\n Improve sewing line productivity and efficiency. \n\n Support line balancing, SAM validation and\n capacity planning. \n\n Analyse labour productivity and recommend\n improvement actions. \n\n Participate in manufacturing excellence projects\n across Mauritius and Madagascar facilities. \n\n Support best-practice standardization across\n multiple production sites. \n\nFabric Mill\nExcellence\n\n Improve performance across knitting, dyeing,\n finishing and inspection processes. \n\n Optimize machine utilization and production flow.\n\n Reduce defects, rework and process variability. \n\n Support quality improvement and waste reduction\n initiatives. \n\nRegional Project\nExposure\n\n Participate in cross-functional and cross-country\n improvement projects. \n\n Work closely with operational teams in Mauritius\n and Madagascar. \n\n Share best practices and drive standardization\n across manufacturing sites. \n\n Support strategic projects aimed at improving\n competitiveness, customer satisfaction and sustainability.\nYOUR PROFILE\nQualifications\n\n Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing\n Engineering, Production & Operations Management or related discipline.\n\nTechnical\nCompetencies\n\n Sound understanding of Industrial Engineering\n principles. \n\n Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and\n Continuous Improvement methodologies. \n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving\n capabilities. \n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis\n tools. \n\n Ability to interpret operational data and\n transform insights into practical solutions. \n\nPersonal\nAttributes\n\n Strong communication and stakeholder management\n skills. \n\n Ability to influence teams and drive change. \n\n Highly organized and results oriented. \n\n Willingness to travel between manufacturing sites\n in Mauritius and Madagascar. \n\n Ability to work effectively in multicultural\n environments. \n\nAdded Advantage\n\n Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping\n (VSM), Root Cause Analysis and Project Management methodologies. \n\n Experience within textile, apparel or\n manufacturing industries. \n\n Exposure to multi-site manufacturing operations. \n\nWHY JOIN US?\nRegional Exposure\nWork across Fabric and Garment\nManufacturing operations in Mauritius and Madagascar.\nAccelerated Career\nDevelopment\nGain exposure to world-class manufacturing\nsystems, Lean methodologies and transformation projects.\nHigh-Impact\nProjects\nLead initiatives that directly\nimprove productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability.\n🤝 Great Place to\nWork\nJoin a people-focused\norganization committed to learning, collaboration and continuous development.\n\nHELP US SHAPE THE FUTURE OF\nMANUFACTURING\n\"Transform Processes.\nEmpower People.
