currently looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer to join\nour team at Floreal International Ltd.\nThe successful candidate will be\nresponsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and\ncost-effective purchase of goods and services while maintaining strong and\neffective relationships with suppliers.\nKey\nResponsibilities\n\n Research, identify and evaluate potential suppliers.\n\n Request and compare quotations and negotiate pricing,\n payment terms and contractual conditions.\n\n Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely\n delivery.\n\n Verify the quality and conformity of purchased products\n and follow up on any discrepancies.\n\n Review and confirm orders through proforma invoices.\n\n Prepare, issue and follow up on purchase orders and\n obtain the necessary approvals.\n\n Coordinate with internal departments and external\n stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations.\n\n Maintain an organized and efficient purchasing and\n filing system.\n\n Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly\n procurement reports.\n\n Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned\n by the Manager.\n\nCandidate\nProfile\nMinimum\nAcademic Qualification: Higher\nSchool Certificate (HSC).\nProfessional\nQualification: A Certificate or Diploma in Purchasing,\nSupply Chain, Logistics, or Management will be an advantage.\nMinimum 1/2 years’ experience in import\nand purchasing, preferably within the textile or manufacturing\nsector.\nSound knowledge and understanding of\nSupply Chain Management and import processes.\nGood command of written and\nspoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work effectively and\ncollaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nHighly computer literate, with good\nproficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong analytical, organizational\nand problem-solving skills.\nSelf-driven, proactive and
