Delivering high-quality fabrics\nto global markets, our fully integrated knitting, dyeing, and finishing\nfacility is located in Forest Side, Mauritius.\nProudly Great\nPlace to Work®-certified, we are recognized for our people-first culture and\nunwavering commitment to employee well-being.\nWe are now\nseeking a Senior Electro Technician to join our dynamic team of\nprofessionals, contributing to continuous innovation, operational excellence,\nand the growth of our world-class textile operations.\nWhat you will be doing:\n· \nTake charge of all electrical,\nelectronic repairs and preventive maintenance of our equipment.\n· \nImplement preventive and\npredictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.\n· \nCollaborate closely with Production,\nSupervisor, Quality Assurance and Management teams to minimize downtime.\n· \nReport to the Head of the\nElectrical Department.\n· \nRespond quickly and\nefficiently to service calls to minimize production interruptions.\n· \nActively contributes to\nachieving and maintaining the department’s budgetary goals.\n· \nProvide your expertise in\nelectrical equipment to support and assist our mechanical team in their tasks.\n· \nMaintain safety standards and\noperational excellence. \nWhat are we looking for?\n· \nDiploma in Electrical\nEngineering/ Brevet de Technicien/ Brevet de Technicien\nSupérieur (BTS), NT3 in Electronic/Electric or NC3 in Industrial Machine Maintenance.\n· \nA minimum of ten (10)\nyears of relevant experience in textile processing industrial, strong\nknowledge in Knitting, Dyeing, and Finishing.\n· \nStrong expertise in:\no Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving\nskills.\no Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance &\nTroubleshooting.\no Electrical Systems & Power Distribution.\no Utilities fault finding and Management (Boilers,\nCompressors, Generators, Pumps)\no Breakdown Analysis and Root Cause Elimination.\no Expert Knowledge to fault finds complex electrical\nand controls: \n§Sensers, PLCs, Drives, Motors, Pneumatic system and\nControl Systems.\no Strong knowledge of Textile Processing Machines:\n§(Knitting -Circular / Flat machine, Dyeing Machine, Finishing\nMachine and Digital textile printing.)\no Expert knowledge in fault finding and repairs of\nsteam and thermal oil burners. (SAACKE, Riello and Weishaupt)\no Strong ability to read and interpret electrical\nwiring diagrams.
