Applicants who require an accommodation throughout the application and interview process should request this in advance by contacting Cielo Talent Acquisition at \n The Associate Recruiter - Sourcing and Screening supports the recruitment team by assisting with candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, and recruitment coordination activities. This role helps identify potential candidates, maintain candidate information, and support recruiters throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a remote environment, in country.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nAssist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.\nSupport the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.\nConduct initial candidate outreach, preliminary screening and qualification activities.\nMaintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nSupport recruiters with administrative and coordination activities related to talent acquisition.\nEnsure assigned work is completed accurately and within established timelines.\nDemonstrate strong attention to detail when documenting candidate information and recruitment activities.\nEffectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nBuild collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders.\nDemonstrate accountability, professionalism, and self-discipline while working remotely.\n Position Requirements\nEducation:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.\n\nAssociate's degree preferred.\n\nExperience:\n0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and/or human resources\n\nExposure to recruiting or talent acquisition activities\n\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, or other sourcing tools is a plus\n\nExposure:\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\n\nDemonstrated discipline and accountability while working in a remote setting.\n\nLanguage
