You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on attracting and securing high-quality talent while providing proactive and timely communication to candidates and hiring leaders. As a talent acquisition subject matter expert, you will deliver consultative guidance, leverage market insights, and drive recruitment strategies to successfully fill a variety of positions, including complex and hard-to-fill roles. This role requires strong organizational skills, a high level of accountability, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment, in country.\n Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define position requirements, and provide market insights and recruiting recommendations.\nDevelop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across a variety of skill sets and business functions.\nManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer development, and hiring process management.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.\nEvaluate candidate qualifications, competencies, and organizational fit to deliver high-quality candidate slates.\nMaintain strong partnerships with hiring leaders, providing regular updates, recruitment insights, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.\nEnsure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and engagement.\nPartner with stakeholders to support diversity, talent attraction, and workforce planning initiatives.\nAccurately maintain candidate and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nEffectively manage multiple priorities while meeting performance metrics, service level expectations, and quality standards.\nDemonstrate ownership, accountability, and self-discipline while working in a remote environment.\n Position Requirements:\nHigh School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.\n\n3+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, staffing agency, or search environment.\n\nExperience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously.\n\nExperience recruiting for professional, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions preferred.\n\nExperience recruiting across Latin America (LATAM) markets, including working with hiring leaders and candidates from multiple countries, is strongly preferred.\n\nFluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.\n\nPortuguese proficiency is highly preferred.\n\nStrong sourcing capabilities utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and other talent acquisition tools.\n\nFamiliarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and social media recruiting tools.\n\nStrong consultation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExcellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.\n\nStrong self-discipline, accountability, and ownership while working remotely.\n\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.\n\nA career at Cielo will give you the opportunity to work with the industry’s smartest people and to take ownership of your success!
