Acting as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, you will deliver exceptional candidate experiences while driving proactive sourcing strategies and providing valuable market insights.\nThis role is ideal for recruiters who have experience supporting organizations within the automotive, steel, metals, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors and enjoy partnering closely with stakeholders to solve hiring challenges.\nWork Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India\nWork Setup:5 days onsite\nLanguage(s): English\nWork Hours: APAC 1st Shift\n Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.\nEvaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.\nKeep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.\nPartner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.\n Position Requirements:\nHigh school diploma.\nRecruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. \nFamiliarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.\nKnowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.\nExperience recruiting within one or more of the following industries:\nAutomotive & Automotive Components\nSteel, Metals & Materials\nManufacturing & Industrial Operations\nEngineering, Supply Chain & Production\nA career at Cielo will give you the opportunity to work with the industry’s smartest people and to take ownership of your success!
