Kindly have a portfolio or work samples available for discussion.\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in RPO, with exposure to reporting and analytics\nDemonstrated ability to support reporting activities, manage client/stakeholder relationships, and maintain clear, consistent communication\nProven track record in stakeholder and client management\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel (required)\nExperience with SQL, Macros (VBA) and PowerQuery is preferred\nDuties and Responsibilities\nComplete all required client reporting based on established service line agreement.\nComplete requirements for other metrics and reporting.\nAccept and complete all ad hoc reporting requests in a timely manner.\nCreate and maintain billing templates.\nDevelop audit process for monthly billing reconciliation.\nProvide consultative information to client services teams around process & workflows that impact reporting and billing.\nAnalyze dashboards on weekly basis and provide key findings to Client Services Manager or Client Services Director.\nMonitor trends and make appropriate recommendations.\nEstablish and utilize documented reporting policies that meet reporting and business goals of account leader.\nReach out proactively to the client teams on a weekly basis to understand their reporting needs in the upcoming week.\nFacilitate ongoing discussions with client services leaders to eliminate non value-add reporting.\nOther duties as assigned.\n Education:\nAssociate’s degree required.
